Happy 4th of July everyone. Independence Day brings back many memories. As a kid living in the Bronx, New York, I remember standing on the curb on the Grand concourse to watch the parade and waving to a couple of my uncles who were in uniform and marching with their units. Young and old, strong and injured, men and women proudly marched along side OUR flag. My arm got tired at times from saluting, and I was hoarse from cheering, but I was proud to be an American. I'm still proud to be an American, and I wish some of those protesters opened their eyes and realize what a wonderful country we live in. How about sharing some of your Independance Day memories. Have a great day
